I FIXED MY MIC

oh my goodnessssss i bought this nice mic a year or two ago and it always sounded absolutely AWFUL on discord. i was so disappointed cuz i bought it specifically to chat with people on discord. i changed the settings a million different ways and it never helped; the audio would constantly cut out.

a couple months ago i bought a brand new even nicer mic in the hopes that this one would finally work. i plugged it in yesterday to finally test it on discord and SAME EXACT PROBLEM. i was so annoyed. but after hours of research i fiddled with some settings on Task Manager of all places and it's finally fixed oh my god. my audio is crisp. clear. perfect. if you call me on discord i might actually pick up, believe it or not.

Could you believe ?! I did the same! I bought one mic, sound was awful. I bought another one - the same problem. And now you are telling, that I have to change some settings on Task Manager and that`s it!
Please, tell me, what exactly I have to change!

so i found a post on Reddit with these instructions:
1. Open Task Manager on your computer
2. Go to "Details" on the left side
3. Search "audiodg.exe"
4. Right click - set priority to high
5. Right click - set affinity to cpu 2
