"I was way too good to you"

the sheer irony that i send a long, heartfelt, vulnerable message about feeling unheard and needing more empathy from my friend. and after six days of patience, i finally get "can i skip your text momentarily and ask about your week."

no, dude. why are you choosing to ignore the message that's all about me feeling ignored??? there are consequences to this kind of thing. the consequence is me realizing you can't be bothered to read and respond to a message that is so obviously important to me. and umm. i think that's enough of that. i'd rather stay unheard than ask again.

i wish you would hear me.
