basketball

guess what !! i went to a basketball game at my university. it was my first sporting event ever. my school's athletic department is fairly small and neglected by most of the student body, but that was fine--i was going for the Experience, not the crowd. i was choosing to Be Brave ✨ we had a rough start where the score was 6-20 at one point, but we took it back and won with 67-57 :)) how exciting. it was also kind of hilarious that i brought my 50 yo asian mother to the game, so in the middle of the student section you would occasionally hear shouts of "GO IN!!" or "DEFEND, DEFEND" in pure chinese. i'm sure the others were baffled.

also i downloaded an app and got to spin a wheel, and i won a packet of fun dip haha. i haven't had fun dip in forever

this game made me want to rewatch Kuroko no Basuke. and Haikyuu. immediately
